HMV’s  Project Manager.  Developed and managed the highly effective and reliable Aerial Spinning equipment for spinning of the secondary cables. Advised the contractor, AB on construct ability issues. Commissioned and supervised the spinning equipment and operation.  The simple high performance equipment was state of the art revolutionizing Aerial Spinning.
